Enrolled Families
Summer 2026
Welcome, Enrolled Families
Access your family portal to complete forms, view schedules, submit medications, and find everything you need before your camper arrives.
Access Family Portal →1. Forms and Documents
Before camp begins, all families must complete a set of required forms to help us support your camper effectively. These typically include:
- Health and medical forms
- Parent questionnaire
- Behavior and support history
- Insurance information
- Travel plans
- Medication authorization forms (if applicable)
Once you enroll, you will receive a link to our online forms portal, where you can digitally complete or upload each required document.
If a form must be submitted manually, instructions for where to send it will be clearly provided in your welcome packet.
We encourage families to complete all documents at least three weeks before arrival so our team has time to review and prepare.
2. Travel and Arrival Information
Arrival and Departure
Arrival and pick-up details vary slightly by session, but in general:
- Drop-off: The first day of each session, typically in the late morning or early afternoon
- Pick-up: The final day of the session, usually between 9:00 AM–11:00 AM
Exact times will be included in your pre-camp communication and confirmation emails.
Check-In Process
During check-in, families will:
- Meet key staff
- Review medications with our Health Team
- Confirm forms are complete
- Help their camper settle into the cabin or group
Our team works to make arrival smooth, welcoming, and low-stress for everyone.
Travel Tips & Local Stays
Families traveling from out of town will receive a list of recommended local hotels, airports, and travel suggestions in their welcome packet.
If you’re planning to fly, please reach out—our team can help guide transportation arrangements.
3. Parent Communication Portal
We know staying connected matters. Throughout the session, families receive updates through our secure Parent Communication Portal, which may include:
- Weekly email updates
- Notes from counselors or directors
- Private photo galleries of camp activities
- Important reminders and announcements
Updates are typically shared once per week, with additional messages if needed.
While campers stay focused on the camp experience, parents remain informed and reassured.
