    Admissions steps:

Our online application allows you to complete and upload all documents to a secure system, using the Campminder Camp in Touch parent portal. Start now via this link.

Complete the application:  It is crucial that you complete all sections with detailed information about your child so that we can effectively prepare to support them during their camp session.  The application takes about 30 minutes to complete.

Application review:  On submission, we review it to ensure that we are a best fit for your camper.  We contact you to discuss details and answer any questions you have.

Deposit: The $300 required deposit is charged on acceptance to camp.

Enrollment: Upon enrollment, you will receive an invoice and a Preparing for Camp Packet via email.  It is important to read through the entire packet so you can complete all steps in the enrollment process by pre-camp deadlines.

Forms & documents: Return to your Camp in Touch account using your application login and password.  The dashboard lists all required forms, most of which are due at least 30 days prior to your camper’s session.  Most forms are completed online; others require you to print and sign them.  Two forms are for your child’s physician to complete and send to us.  Printed forms can be scanned and emailed (preferred), faxed, or mailed back to us.

Medications: Campers attending sessions 1, 2 and 3 are required to utilize CampMeds  for medication packaging.  Information is in your Forms & Documents dashboard and must be completed at least 30 days in advance to avoid an express fee.

Staying on track:  When camp opening day approaches you will receive email reminders about paperwork.  You can also call or email us with any questions or needs as you prepare for camp. And refer to your parent handbook for lots of helpful information!
