-You should pay a deposit of $300 once the camper is accepted into the camp program. This deposit guarantees a place for the chosen camp season.

-The online enrollment forms must be completed by May 1st

-The paperwork and the full tuition must be also submitted by May 1st.

In case of an emergency, we have strict rules you should know about. According to the refund policy of our Aspergers summer camp North Dakota kids trust, the deposit is nonrefundable. When it comes to the cancellation fee, your finances may be refunded in this order:

• 50% refund after May 15

• 75 refund until May 15
• 100% refund until April 1
